What a first conversation looks like
We will ask you three things, and we would rather find out early that the answer is no.
- Which pathway? Where does a result determine whether an action is required — and where is that action currently being missed or delayed?
- Can the judgement be written down? If a clinician can't state the rule and sign their name to it, it isn't a protocol, and it isn't ours to automate.
- Is there a cohort to replay? We would rather show you what the protocol would have caught in your own historical data than describe what it might do.
